If there are any problems with fulfilling your order we will contact you to discuss your options before taking any actions. On the other hand, it is possible that we can special order a product for you or that we have not run an inventory update and do have the product you are looking for available. Every morning Monday through Friday we will run an inventory update. This usually occurs between 9:30 and 10:00 am eastern time. During this process we delete all outstanding shopping carts. We apologize, but we feel it is a necessary inconvenience to keep inventory between our store and our website as synchronized as possible.
