Privacy
We do not collect any personal information without your consent. The only information we will collect is your e-mail address if you choose to join our mailing list, which we will not share or sell. If you use our shopping cart we will store a cookie on your computer to save your shopping cart. Upon checkout your cart will be exported to Google Checkout or PayPal to collect your billing information and to process your order. In processing your order we will see your shipping address in order to send you your products.
Shipping
For online checkout we only offer UPS Ground shipping and only to the continental 48 states. Because it is UPS, we will need a physical shipping address. We can offer you quicker shipping, as well as international shipping or shipping to AK and HI, but you will need to contact us via telephone to place an order. We will ship your order within 1 business day and notify you through Google Checkout or PayPal.
Returns
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Returns must be sent to:

You are not required to contact us, however, if you are looking to exchange your product you will be charged freight again, which means we will probably need some more information from you. It is generally easiest to contact us before sending product back for an exchange.
Returns over $200 are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Cancellations
If you would like to make a change to or cancel an order you have placed please contact us as soon as possible. It is best to contact us by phone at 800-345-7951 but you can e-mail us at
customer_relations@stripe3.com. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Product Availability
Visible inventory of a style in your shopping cart does not guarantee product availability. If there are any problems with fulfilling your order we will contact you to discuss your options before taking any actions. On the other hand, it is possible that we can special order a product for you or that we have not run an inventory update and do have the product you are looking for available. Inventory Updates
Every morning Monday through Friday we will run an inventory update. This usually occurs between 9:30 and 10:00 am eastern time. During this process we delete all outstanding shopping carts. We apologize, but we feel it is a necessary inconvenience to keep inventory between our store and our website as synchronized as possible.
