For online checkout we only offer UPS Ground shipping and only to the continental 48 states. Because it is UPS, we will need a physical shipping address. We can offer you quicker shipping, as well as international shipping or shipping to AK and HI, but you will need to contact us via telephone to place an order. We will ship your order within 1 business day and notify you via e-mail.
Returns and Exchanges
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days and must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt. Please note if you would like a refund or an exchange on your receipt. Returns must be sent to:

You will be responsible for the shipping charges on exchanges. Exchanges. Upon receipt we will check inventory on the product you are requesting then charge you return shipping and handling. If we do not have the product you request or cannot successfully charge you shipping we will contact you via e-mail. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days we will run a refund.
