What size should I choose?

If you aren't sure what size shoes, apparel, or socks to order, please refer to our size charts.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2 - 7 business days. Your order will be shipped within 1 business day, and you will be updated with a tracking number when we ship your product.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs a flat rate of $14.99 for domestic orders. If you provide a PO Box, we will contact you about alternate delivery options and costs. Please contact us by phone to inquire about international shipping options.

Can I return my purchase for a full refund?

We accept refunds and exchanges on products that are unused and remain in their original condition. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase, and require a copy of your receipt.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are returning an order by mail, please send it to our College Park address:

Can I exchange my purchase for a different product?

Yes, we accept exchanges on purchases that were made within the last 14 days, as long as the product remains in its original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of these exchanges. If the product you request is not in stock or we cannot successfully charge you the fee for shipping it, we will contact you via e-mail. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will issue a refund on your original order.

How do I cancel an order?
